TO: ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND FIELD TRIAL DELEGATES

RE: MEETINGS AT THE NATIONALS

Please note that we are having the ESSFTA membership/board meeting on Friday, November 21st, at 9:00 AM, and the DELEGATES meeting at 10:30 AM. before the Training. As the representative of your field trial club, if you are not planning to attend this meeting to represent your club, then another delegate should be appointed to represent the club at the meeting.

Both meetings are of interest to any member of the field trial community, as there will be topics of discussion that will be your opportunity to voice your opinion and your suggestions.

At the ESSFTA meetings: We will be introducing the new Field Trial Information Management System. All clubs who pay their 2003 Dues to the National Amateur will have use of this program for the year (until the 2004 Amateur dues are due).

Also the Field Trial Gunning Program will be reviewed. We have had the requirements in effect since July 1, 2003 and most trialers have seen it in action. Questions, comments, suggestions are important, as at our Annual Meeting in February 2004, the Board will review and possibly makes some changes, or new requirements, so it is important to get your input now.

We are having these meetings prior to the social events, to allow us to address the business with out other distractions. Due to the scheduling of the National just prior to Thanksgiving, and the desire to use as much daylight for the field trial, the Pro Plan awards have been moved to Friday evening, at the Pro Plan Welcome reception.
